09.13.22 Superintendent Update

Parents,

Good afternoon! I always say when we all come together, we are unstoppable. I’m asking that we all come together to support the kids and families in our area who have had to endure the unthinkable … a disease that attacks the most innocent- Childhood Cancer.

As you may know, September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. I know there are activities taking place at our individual schools but I would again like to do a system-wide day of recognition on Wednesday, September 28.

This is not required but if you can, please join me in wearing yellow/gold on September 28, as a show of support. This includes all schools and district offices.

We do amazing things when we come together and I can’t think of a better way to show our communities we are there for our students.

Thank you!

Eddie Tyler,
Superintendent
