Assistant Superintendent, Construction & Development: Frank Boatwright, Jr.
The mission of the Construction & Development Department is to enhance and maintain facilities that contribute to a positive learning environment for the students of Baldwin County Public Schools. Mr. Frank Boatwright, Jr. is the Assistant Superintendent of Construction & Development.
The Construction & Development Department is responsible for the following trades: Building Automation, Carpentry, Electrical, Energy Management, Fire Alarm Repair/Monitoring, Heating Air Conditioning & Ventilation, Indoor Air Quality, Intercom, New Construction / Construction Management, Painting, Plumbing, Portable Classrooms, Roof Repairs, Sanitation Pickup
The Construction & Development Department has two office locations. Both offices are open from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday – Friday. Summer hours of operation are 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday. The North region office is located at 505 W Hurricane Rd, Bay Minette, AL 36507. The South region office is located at 23651 Flowers Road, Robertsdale, AL 36567.
