Individual student success is our goal!

Our focus as a school is helping each of our students meet their individual goals. Our school's Alabama Continuous Improvement Plan (ACIP) is centered upon accomplishing just that.

The basic elements of our plan are listed in the attached documents. Every student from 1st through 6th grade has a Scantron goal for reading and math. That goal is expressed as a numerical gain they are hoping to achieve from the beginning of the year to the end. It is based upon individual student performance thus is unique for each student. 

Our efforts and our focus as a school are upon helping each student achieve the academic growth needed to meet their individual reading and math goals. Our non-academic goal - to help our students develop a growth mindset - is also intended to empower individual success.
