Principal, Mrs. Allison Guy

  • Principal Guy

I am thrilled to introduce myself as the principal of Spanish Fort Elementary School. From the moment I stepped foot on this campus in 2011, I just knew that SFES was something special, and I am excited to continue serving this school and community that I love in this role.

Spanish Fort Elementary has been my home for quite some time, but I would like to share a little about myself for those who may be new to our school community. I am a wife and a mom to two sons. I also have a beautiful daughter-in-law, granddaughter and a grandson on the way. My family and I moved to Baldwin County in 2011 and consider it a little slice of paradise. I began my career in education in 2002 as a kindergarten teacher, taught 2nd grade, and was a reading specialist and instructional coach before stepping into the role of assistant principal at SFES. I have a passion for helping students achieve academic success and for fostering a positive and inclusive school environment.

As your principal, I am committed to collaborating with teachers, staff, parents, and community members to create a safe and nurturing learning environment for all students. I believe that communication is essential in building a strong partnership between the school and families. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me with questions, concerns, or feedback. We are in this together! Great things are on the horizon for our "Little School on the Hill!"
