Elsanor Elementary is proud to be Baldwin County's very first Lighthouse School! Our implementation of Franklin Covey's Leader In Me strategies is allowing our students to excel in academics and leadership. The 7 Habits are a tremendous part of each and every day at Elsanor. We strive to live out the 7 Habits in our faculty, staff, and students! Family learning is also implemented throughout the year!
Leader In Me (LiM) is an evidence-based, comprehensive-school improvment model--developed in partnership with educators--that empowers students with the leadership and life skills they need to thrive in the 2st century. Our school will be learning leadership skills throughout the year using The Leader in Me Leadership Guide. We believe all students have important strengths to share, and we will be learning about ways to develop and share those strengths. To learn more, visit www.theleaderinme.org.
