My name is Tracy Sears-Lee.  I have been a school counselor for 20 years.  I have been given a wonderful opportunity to work at Magnolia Elementary as one of their counselors.  I live in Daphne with my husband and 16 year old daughter, and our five dogs, one cat and one hermit crab.  I have two other grown daughters.  I went to school in Boston, Massachusetts for my Master's Degree and currently pursuing my doctoral degree.
