Vision Statement   

The vision of the counseling program at Robertsdale Elementary School is that all students achieve their highest level of success both personally and interpersonally. They are empathic, resilient and proactive adults always willing to learn and make a difference through spreading kindness and serving others in their home, workplace, and global community. 

Mission Statement 

The mission of the school counseling program Robertsdale Elementary School is to inspire all students to reach their highest potential to become successful lifelong learners through equal access to our comprehensive counseling services. Through planned, effective, and purposeful lessons, students are taught academic and career readiness life-long skills in individual and group settings. We promote equity in achievement by providing essential skills necessary to prepare them for graduation, college, and career readiness. The school counselor empowers leadership in others by providing skills and opportunities for students in order to be effective and positive role models. The school counselor advocates for each student through collaboration with faculty, parents, and community agencies.
