  • Registration

    As stated in Mr. Tyler’s message pertaining to registration “Online registration for kindergarten students is now available. For more information about kindergarten registration, new or returning student registration, please visit www.bcbe.org/registration. Many people have asked if they can hold off on sending in official documentation such as social security cards and personal records until this crisis passes and that will be fine, but please understand your child’s registration will not be complete until those documents have been received.” If you have questions as you begin to register your child, please feel free to reach out to our registrar Mrs. Wheeler at EWheeler@bcbe.org and copy in Mrs. Law (mclaw@bcbe.org) and Mr. Weichert (rweichert@bcbe.org).

  • Technical Difficulties

    Parents/students needing replacement Chromebooks or Power Adapters should call our Help Desk at 251-967-5333 to schedule a place/time for the exchange. We are asking for an appoint approach for service to prevent gatherings and long lines.   • Field Trips

    Many field trips had to be canceled due to the school closing during the COVID-19 outbreak. Muchas excursiones tuvieron que cancelarse debido al cierre de la escuela durante el brote de COVID-19.

  • Food Info

    The Mayor, City of Robertsdale, and local churches have been working with the schools in our area over the last couple of days to develop a plan to help our families who may be in need of food assistance over the next several weeks while school is out. If you are one of these families, the Robertsdale Senior Citizen Center will be set up to assist. Please call 947-8973 and ask to speak to Amy or Mary to let them know you need some support. The only thing that is asked is that you call 24 hours prior to when you plan to pick up the food so that they have time to prepare and make sure food items are on hand. The center will be open for this service starting this Monday, March 23rd and will be open Monday-Friday from 8-4. We appreciate everyone’s efforts in making sure our students and families have support as needed during this time.

    Each morning our student recite the 7 Habits Pledge after we have said the Pledge of Allegiance and listened to any morning announcements. It is a great start to our day!

    The 2020-2021 Free and Reduced Meal Application is available online beginning July 1. All families must apply after July 1, even if a recent application was submitted, as we cannot accept prior school year applications. Please go to www.bcbe.org/applyforlunch to complete your new application.

    On July 13th, 2020 Special Education will destroy all records of students born in 1993. All years prior to 1993 have already been destroyed.If you would like to obtain the Special Education records please contact the Special Education Office at 251-972-6852 or come to the Loxley Satellite Office at 1091 B Avenue, Loxley, Alabama.

  • Starting in the 2019-2020 school year, all high schools in the Baldwin County Public School System began utilizing an online program called The College Equipped Readiness Tool (CERT) to help students prepare for the ACT.
