Marty McRae is the Assistant Superintendent of Security, Athletics, and Student Services. BCBE Athletics is responsible for scheduling, acquiring officials for athletic events, and communicating with the Alabama High School Athletic Association on state-mandated guidelines for public school athletic events.

The school system's athletics are under the direction of Mr. Marty McRae. Mr. McRae's office is located at 2600-A North Hand Avenue, Bay Minette, AL  36507. The school system is a member of the Alabama High School Athletic Association. Baldwin County students can participate in the following sports: football, volleyball, cross country, swimming, basketball, baseball, softball, golf, tennis, track, soccer, wrestling, and cheerleading.
