ART CLUB @ The East

Hosted by Mrs. Street (Art)

Special guests will join us once a month for new and exciting art lessons. This is a time for our students who love art to come together and continue to improve their creative talents!

Things to Know:

• Art Club is open only to 6th

• Art Club members will meet ONE Friday per month, to begin in October, in Mrs. Street’s room during the school day for about an hour (specific dates and times TBA).

• Prospective Art Club members will submit an application and one piece of artwork in any medium of choice.

• All applications, with art pieces attached, should be submitted to Mrs. Street no later than Friday, September 24, 2021 (Artwork will be returned).

• Art Club members will be chosen on the basis of artistic interest, application completion, and teacher recommendations (for behavior). Please be aware that the number of students chosen to participate in Art Club will be small in order for this program to be successful for those involved.

• There is no cost for Art Club.
