    The NBTech Guidance & Counseling Department believes... 

    that effective school counseling is a collaborative process involving school counselors, students, families, teachers, administration, school staff, education stake holders, and business and industry leaders.  Career technical education is a valuable option for all students regardless of background or individual circumstance.  Every career technical student can learn, grow, and succeed and should graduate from high school prepared for postsecondary education, training, or the workforce.

    The mission of the NBTech Guidance & Counseling Department is to... 

    empower all students to achieve their fullest potential and be prepared to meet their college and career goals. The counseling program delivers a comprehensive, data-informed program that helps all students, regardless of background or individual circumstance gain the knowledge and skills necessary for academic and career success.  The school counseling department partners with other educators and stakeholders including business and industry leaders to advocate for equity, access, and success for all students.
