    The teachers of Fairhope Middle School are dedicated, professional educators who are committed to academic excellence. This educational philosophy is the driving force for all they do. This means helping them become intellectual, responsible, ethical individuals who are well prepared to meet the challenges and responsibilities of life.

    The Fairhope Middle School's administrators and teachers are supported by a great team of people dedicated to providing excellent service for our students, parents, and community. They work hard to keep our grounds beautiful, prepare and serve good food for our students, provide academic support to our students in the classroom, answer phone calls, greet the community, organize school functions, balance the books, schedule student courses, provide technology support, address medical issues at school, and transport our students to and from FMS. Our fantastic team includes: Office staff, building and grounds, cafeteria staff, paraprofessionals, instructional aides, bus drivers, school nurse, school resource officer, and digital resource staff.
