The RHS Future Teachers of Alabama (FTA) helps a student explore teaching as a career option, provides the students with a realistic understanding of teaching, and encourages students from diverse backgrounds to think more about the field of education. Students take part in teacher shadowing days, fundraisers, and a state conference.
