Mark Doherty I am Mark Doherty, long-time principal of Daphne East Elementary with over 20 years in the Baldwin County School System. In the past, I served as assistant principal at Fairhope K-1 Center, Fairhope Elementary School, Robertsdale Elementary School, and Foley Elementary School, working to establish the qualities exhibited in successful leaders. In addition to my experience as a school administrator, I taught for seven years in the Baldwin County School System; six years as a third-grade teacher, and one year developing and implementing a new Math Lab at Fairhope Elementary School.

Outside of my school life, I enjoy every minute I get to spend with my wife, Keturah, and our daughter, Maeve.

I look forward to a great school year and I am excited to see the growth that our Daphne East students will experience this year.
