ICE CREAM PURCHASES All ice cream is $1.00. Some families like to decide when their child receives ice cream and want to send $1.00 in with their child on each occasion. Other families like the convenience of pre-paying for ice cream each month. BFES maintains a pre-pay program to purchase your child’s ice cream by the month. The program is called “10 for $10” and can be paid for on your MySchoolBucks app. Each month an email blast will be sent to inform parents that the 10 for $10 window is open on MySchoolBucks for the upcoming month. The window will close on the second to last day of the month. On the final day of the month, we will print a list for each teacher of students who have pre-paid ice cream. 10 for $10 simply means that a child may choose 10 days they would like to receive an ice cream. If a child wants to “share” an ice cream, then they may certainly choose to receive two ice creams in one day, however, a child will not be allowed to consume more than one ice cream per day for themselves. The first month the 10 for $10 is available is the month of September.
