Tuesday May 30th - 3:30-5pm @ SFMS GYM

Tuesday June 6th - Games at Fairhope Middle - 2 Games (arrive at 1:30pm)

Important Sports Eligibility Information for Summer and Fall: 

ALL FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE YOU CAN WORKOUT or PRACTICE!!!

Parents and players need to have an account.  Follow the process on Dragonfly! It will alert you as to what is needed.

Per AHSAA rules, physicals must be done by a medical doctor.  Forms must be signed and dated by said doctor. 

They cannot be completed by a nurse practitioner or chiropractor.
