Vendor Notice: Vendor Information

  • Baldwin County Public Schools has implemented an online vendor database with Vendor Registry. If you are already an approved vendor with Baldwin County Public Schools, you must register with Vendor Registry.  This is required to remain an approved vendor. The new setup will all be done and managed online by the vendor so please make sure you note your user name and password in order to keep pertinent information updated.

    All bid invitations will be sent via e-mail from Vendor Registry, and it is the responsibility of the vendor to keep all information on file up-to-date.  We recommend reviewing your company's information at least once a year to ensure your information is up-to-date. Failure to do so may result in missed bid opportunities, in addition to possible deletion from the vendor system.

    State of Alabama, Code of 1975, Chapter 16, Article 2, Section 41-16-24, “If any person, firm, or corporation whose name is listed fails to respond to any solicitation for bids after the receipt of three solicitations, the listing may be canceled by the Purchasing Agent”.

    For vendor registration, please click the link provided at the bottom labeled "Vendor Registration/Log In".  Please make sure you answer and fill in all fields, as well as select the appropriate codes for the goods and services offered by the company.
