About the Facilities & Maintenance Department
The mission of the Facilities and Maintenance Department is to enhance and maintain facilities that contribute to a positive learning environment for the students of Baldwin County Public Schools.
The Facilities & Maintenance Department is responsible for the following trades: Building Automation, Carpentry, Electrical, Energy Management, Fire Alarm Repair/Monitoring, Heating Air Conditioning & Ventilation, Indoor Air Quality, Intercom, New Construction / Construction Management, Painting, Plumbing, Portable Classrooms, Roof Repairs, Sanitation Pickup
The Facilities & Maintenance Department has two office locations. Both offices are open 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday – Friday. Summer hours of operation are 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday. The contact information for staff is listed below. North region office is located at 211 Rabun Road in Bay Minette, Alabama, (Directly north of the Administrative Complex) South region office is located at 23651 Flowers Road, Robertsdale, AL 36567

The Environmental Services Department is responsible for the following:
- Chemical Orders
- Floor Equipment purchases / repairs
- Custodial Training
- Work Scheduling
- Grounds Crew
The Environmental Services Department maintains the warehouse that includes:
- Logistics county wide
- Purchasing of new furniture
- New school/addition furnishing
- Pest Control
