On Wednesday, November 16th, a company called Health Hero will be coming to Daphne High School to administer flu vaccines to our students. Consent forms will be sent home with all students on Monday, October 10th. Please return their completed consent form to the school nurse as soon as possible, if you would like them to receive a vaccine. There will be no out of pocket cost for these vaccines.
